| Rob Astill – General Manager | |
 An experienced sales and marketing focussed business professional, Rob is responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of ESS including the search team, client interactions and all aspects of government relations. Rob has almost 15 years of sales and management experience within legal, accounting and credit transactional search environments both within Australian and internationally more recently with ABR and Veda Advantage.
Rob joined ESS in January 2010. Outside of work his main hobbies are spending time with his wife and two daughters, running and cricket. Rob has now lived in Australia for 8 years so you will still have to excuse the English accent! |

| Jo Henderling – Office Manager | |
 Affectionately known by most at ESS as ‘mum’, Jo keeps things ticking over. If you ever wonder why ESS always pays you on time you can thank Jo for astutely managing the multitude of vendor relationships with councils, keeping the search team ticking along and generally making sure Rob is able to focus on the business end of things.
Jo has been with ESS since the start – that’s over a decade now. In her spare time Jo likes making her own chocolate and spending time with her husband Mark and her two children |

| Vicki Dollelan – Credit Manager | |
 Between the ESS and searchESS businesses we issue hundreds of invoices a day. The person with the unenviable task of making sure that they all get paid is Vicki. Vicki joined ESS in October 2007 and has over a decade of experience in accounts. She certainly has had a varied career path as before that she was in the armed forces and even spent some time as a Jockey.
Perhaps Vicki’s time racing horses is linked to her success in her current role as both involve a high level of co-ordination and balance to get to the finishing line! Outside of work Vicki enjoys the company of her two little puppy dogs. |

| Luke Ford – Customer Service Manager | |
 Luke is the first port of call for all things customer and IT related plus all sales enquiries. Many of you who read this page will have met with Luke to have software installed, problems fixed or to hear about great new products and services.
After a few years in the building trade Luke joined ESS 3 years ago as a search officer and quickly progressed up the ranks to become a trainer and more recently Customer Service Manager. Outside of work Luke is typical of any twenty-something male with a keen interest in all things party and technology related! |

| Behruz Irani – Production Manager | |
 Behruz is something of legend within the Conveyancing profession! Whenever you place an order with ESS the first person who sees it prior to distribution to the search team is Behruz. Behruz makes sure that orders received are of a sufficient quality to make sure ESS gets the job done right first time. He is tenacious in leaving no stone unturned to make sure that clients provide us with all the information we need in order to make sure that the search team are well equipped to meet their service level agreement with customers. With over a decade at ESS, many customers comment that “without Behruz I would be lost”. Outside of ESS Behruz has in keen interest in watching almost any sport that moves especially cricket. |

| Jeremy Henderling – Manual & Special Services Manager | |
 Another of the ESS legends! Jeremy is a highly experienced operator and has been with ESS almost 8 years. If he’s not busy helping our search team or smoothing the way for council to get a search back sooner than it has to so a client can settle then Jeremy is overseeing that our monitored file service is running smoothly or that settlement notices have all been lodged. Jeremy is to customer service what Queensland is to sunshine. If you ever have any large and complex jobs that need an expert hand then simply contact Jeremy and he will look after your every need. |
